I have ADHD and remembering that I need to extend the therapeutic exception is such a stress (in general, remembering anything is stressful). Even remembering to take medication is difficult.

And then I worry that maybe I took the medicine, but I forgot. And so I can exceed the prescribed dose and get caught doping.
