- even before the first half of the first segment of this year, I was concentrated as much as possible. Each warm -up lasted an hour. We almost did not talk - it was so concentrated. A lot of long training on the court and in the hall and just a series of long days.
Therefore, by the beginning of the match, I was already tired. This week we made adjustments: added elements of fun, reduced the warm-up and simply brought something non-standard.
For example, instead of boring run back and forth, in a straight line in front of the warming, we play three different sports games predicted by highlights soccer in order to sweat well, laugh. Then, going to the court, you feel much free, and each part is more relaxed.
It seems to me that this week it helped. It is worth taking this approach to service, "said Radukan at a press conference.
