Frederic Vasser explained how to respond to financial irregularities in Formula 1.

Red Bull is two million dollars over its spending cap for 2021. According to Vasseur, it took too long to deal with the violators - the FIA punished the team only in October 2022.

If we talk about how we have to work today, then, firstly, the process is too long. We need to understand how to notice violations or take action earlier. And perhaps we should act tougher. Okay, now we are talking about the first offense, but from now on we must forget about the division into significant and minor violations. From my point of view, two or three million cannot be called an insignificant amount; it is of great importance for the development of the car.
