Big Sam promised: `I will transform England.`

`The thrill to lead the national team of England football is really big.`, said the new coach Sam Allardyce, who took over the post after the fiasco of the European Championship and the departure of Roy Hodgson.
The former manager of Bolton Wanderers, Sunderland, West Ham and Newcastle added that he has always managed to enhance the shape of his teams after arriving at them and he expects that to happen to England.
`It is a big Thrill, and I think that position suits me. I have the necessary experience not only to challenge the players to achieve success but also to challenge myself to do it. I have gained this experience with five different clubs analyzed by live football in the Premier League.`, he said.
`The past years made me tougher. This is just so. I accepted to lead the national team because I need a new challenge. I`m sure I can make the team better and more successful. In the past, I`ve managed to turn the season for a club in the very beginning, after taking the post. I`ve done it with West Ham, Sunderland, and Blackburn. In this case, I would need support from the players, coaches and staff in the national team. We have to be united, because it`s the only way to fulfill our goal, and it is to be a successful team.`, added Allardyce.
`I am a pragmatic trainer. The choice of tactics and style of play depends directly on the available players and rivals. I always try to create a good atmosphere in the team and because it is one of the most important elements. I want to do it and in the national team because it`s the best in my career.`, added the coach.
